I saw where you were trying to point out the DIMEQ filings to the WAMUQ crowd, did you make a splash over there?

I read through a few of the replies and I think that perhaps your message was mis-read or mis-interpreted by some.

There might be just too many moving parts for the WAMUQ guys to have been briefed on the DIMEQ intricacies.

I agree with your assessment that the latest DIMEQ filings does a significant amount of damage to the debtor's overall credibility and to the POR as a whole. Interesting how our counsel is managing to really thrash Rosen et al. about like this and potentially provide a game-changing turning point in the POR confirmation.
