If, and this is a big if, what's in the sealed docs points strongly to colusion or fraud...then there may be a strong enough incentive...

Good post Beth, I agree these parties (FDIC, JPM, Creditors) will not settle till we have a gun at their head.

As for these documents that we want unsealed. What this leverage that Fish stated is a fact. The EC and us shareholders need these documents unsealed.

If we get those document unsealed the EC can now use those documents if this goes to trial court, or higher.

We ALL AGREE.... JPM took down WAMU to save their own bank.. so mmmmmmm how r they going to settle now? With what??

They weren't prepared to go under 2 years ago, what makes anyone on this board think they're prepared to cave in and go under now?

FDIC is corrupt and protected by some of the most powerful in the world. No settlement from them either...

Best solution all around, pressure the judge to agree to the por, screw the shareholders and make this quitely go away.

People on this board once that happens are going to do what exactly? Write more messages, form more support groups?

I agree with your post 100%, that document once unsealed better be an earthquake ready to crack open our opponents check books or this is all over!! IMHO
