I don't disagree with your logic, which is why I won't hazard a guess. And the FDIC is on record as the school yard bully saying "my father's the principal, you can't hurt me!"

If, and this is a big if, what's in the sealed docs points strongly to colusion or fraud...then there may be a strong enough incentive...

truth is, I have my tickets to the 17th and I'm ready for anything!
