Hopscotch, my thoughts:

The spike in 2006 revenues were from a low margin side of the business (silica sales) that were risky and not sustainable by GiraSolar. Therefore, I believe that GiraSolar chose to focus on the higher margin Solar consulting and integration sales (service and product, i.e., solar modules). In countries where the F.I.T. is favorable this is still a growth area (France, Italy, etc.).

Why is GiraSolar not sending out PR's? I would say this is an easy answer: Why put money on the public side when the public side is not righted?

I still ascertain that the business of GiraSolar is making a profit, otherwise they would not be in business. Where PK really messed this up was that GRSR was at a much higher stock price and would have been able to attract really good financing to invest in the growth of the business. As it stands now there is a sustaining of the business from what PK destroyed (the stock price).

There is probably a lot more but my guess is we'll have to wait for PR/communication and it will be some time before this gets turned around. Take care.

hops, taking into account that the enemy is reading the same informations you are asking for and taking into account that Koornstra can use the pink status to leave the enemies in the dark about the true progress and numbers at Girasoalr B.V....... would you really prefer to be screwed again by Klamka and would you feel able to wait until a real solution has been found? I assume you have heard about startegies of companies to reduce informations if they have the permission. It is not always in the interest of shareholder, that numbers and intrnals are made public. I am running a compnay and I inform costumers, suplliers, and potential costumers etc. only limited abotu compnaies internals. Now, Girasolar is a public company in a very special terrible situation, produced by a US-Shell CEO, who is trying to screw the company as well as shareholder.

So, hops, I am - in the opposite to you - totally interested in total silence of Koornstra until the contrahents have found a solution, which could please the shareholder, which could rebuild the reputation of the US-stock GRSR (I am not taking about GS B.V.!), which stops my worries, that Klamka might screwws us until doomsday! If Klamka does not cooperate, Koornstra has no chance! And Klamka knows this.....so Koornstra should not deliver any number whci hcould make klamka even more greedy. I do not know if my opiniuon is naive, but I just see it as one reason why there is not publish anything by Girasaolr B.V..
