Aston I appreciate the reply and to clarify I WAS annoyed at the lack of public information but I think I satisfied my curiosity as to why after looking into the filings, and on that point we are in total agreeance. I can see why, and I was just putting the data out there for review and confirmation. So thanks :)
Koornstra could just lock Klamka's shares up forever as founder's shares. End of story. Simple SIMPLE process. Then it doesn't matter how many shares PK owns.
