Teva had a similar Citizen Petition rejected by the FDA in May 2010. It looks like they will keep trying to see if they can get a different outcome.

mCopax or tEnox, which is approved first?

Since Dew doesn't think tEnox will ever be approved (or at least for 3 years - timeframe in his wager) we have a good idea on where he stands as to which is approved first.

But does anyone else have any strong opionions?
