Actually, that's the mindset many investors take when they invest in a stock, bond, etc.

This "air share" conspiracy has been deep-sixed so many times it's absurd. The SEC, for the zillionth time, isn't interested in determining whether this stock is being naked short sold abusively, they're interested in investigating the company's NUMEROUS "inaccurate" press releases.
FYI, if there was an issue with naked short selling, the problem would most likely get deferred over to FINRA.
