Seriously the IP will be useless to both parties until an agreement is reached , because the company is a Nevada company it can only follow Nevada law , it was adjudicated improperly and possibly fraudulently by all parties ,and the IP will have to be returned. Both LW and FV know this and they are either holding out for many shares or jobs on the board or possibly CEO and CFO positions (yikes) .
