Think of this plot.

LW FV sell the ip to a biotech with money let's say 2 mil.


Does cygx have the resource to fight the mighty biotech and pay for lawyers for years.
Who will pay for it, play the suckers PPO's game again
The biotech will let it all play out until cygx is no more.


Shareholders get nothing that is my biggest fear at this point.

Yes we all agree the ip legally should be returned Nevada Law. But who is going to pursue this and pay for it.

You yourself tried to get in touch with Cassidy. My question is if they all ran/run for the hills what are we the shareholder going to do.
