Point I was trying to make is the float number is over a year old, sorry for my confused post, got another scam on my list today.
Soo many scams, so little time.

NOBO list indicates that 49,279,059 shares
61,575,007 shares of Cascadia Investments, Inc. are in brokerage accounts. Totals ~110,000,000

All the DTC sheets are good for is to show the movement of shares from one clearing firm to another. Companies can use this information to track whether or not a large shareholder has been selling when he has been claiming he was not, but other than that, the info is useless.
