NOBO list indicates that 49,279,059 shares
61,575,007 shares of Cascadia Investments, Inc. are in brokerage accounts. Totals ~110,000,000

And why would anyone add those figures up? The NOBO indicates how many shares are held by "non-objecting beneficial owners" in street name. Other street name stock is held by OBOs, which the PR doesn't mention.

And what about the stock held by individuals in certificate form? That has to be added to the amounts held by NOBOs and OBOs. You add the three together, and if the total is higher than the o/s, then there's an NSS problem.

But since the o/s is in fact 211,620,500 shares, obviously there IS no NSS problem.

The stock on the DTCC sheet is irrelevant, as it shows stock in the transfer and settlement process as well as stock actually held in street name.

It is not difficult to get this stuff right.
