Not sure but the fact the filings are now complete and GIMU is now fully reporting is very positive imo. The company has followed through and now I am waiting on an acq as was mentioned. Could be that they have had informal discussions with targets and don't need to disclose.
With less than 17 million o/s I am going to hold this one longer term and find out :) This traded to .30 on just mundane news of the plannned filing updates and possible acq.
