gokite That is good stuff!

Thanks. OK........I am thinking about $1million by mid year. Q3 alone will show $2million plus. Q4 will show $4 million plus...

Total about $7 million.

This precludes the possibility of a couple of BIG CONTRACTS that are bookable.....coming from the Govt. These Govt contracts could run in the $5 million plus range.

So anyway....we are in the same ballpark. I am more conservative.....but the KEY THING is the Momentum.

We are in sync re the MOMENTUM.

FY2006 should show HUGE NUMBERS and then FY2007 should be literally OFF THE CHARTS!

IMHO.....

buffettguy,

Substitute the last paragraph I wrote with this one, in the message I'm replying to. I accidentally left the Dell per seat revenue numbers at $13, not $10...

Begin Substitution:
For 2005, its hard to predict based on STMicro design wins, HP and IBM upgrades, TPM1.2 coming, Intel motherboard lineup will hopefully increase, etc etc etc. But...a very very preliminary look forecasts 2005 out to be around $11.2M for my spreadsheet with Wave having a $5.7M quarter for Q4 of 2005. So most of the revenues will come in Q3 and Q4, with Q4 responsible for roughly half the entire year's revenues. I don't agree with the $40M revenue statements, and figure if its going to happen, it would be a great year for Wave. I like to think conservatively and I think these numbers are very achievable for Wave. But of course, this is a spreadsheet that I concocted to help me, and only me, judge this investment. It is not to be taken as any investment advice. I'm just using it as a toy to play with.
End Substitution

So my original numbers were a bit high in my forecast based on the Dell revenue being calculated at $13 per seat, instead of $10 per seat. I also, as an FYI, have the Intel revenue at $0.75 a seat, so it could be higher or lower depending on how far off that $0.75 figure is to the actual. (and we don't even know if $10 is right for Dell)
