Worst case: Commons are cancelled. End of story.

Best case: Company purchased for more than value of debt. Purchasing company reverse mergers into the FGOCQ shell and we continue happy.

This is a lotto ticket. As one of my friends would say: "Beer money only." We won't know the outcome until it is decided either way. Right now I am holding hoping we are all smiling in a few days.
