Lambster, I do recall him saying that the device does function in the matter of which it was intended and that is to produce live 3D images of any part of the human body. This was very specific to what it can do. He did say those words and we all bought into the company believing that it is a matter of When the approval comes not If the approval comes.

Many CEO's dont really care about making false statements. Even those who cook the books to show profits in the tens of millions when they are actually in the red only face 5 years in prison.

If you ask me, most will make a plea bargain and pay back a portion of the millions they swindled and walk around being free millionaires. look at SPNGQ

yes there are only TWO possibilities

1) it works but the quality is poor and he doesnt want to show us lay people because all we will do is complain about the quality....he doesnt have the money (or the money is needed elsewhere) to get the horsepower to create clean crisp images that anyone can recognize as being good

2) he only has a working 2D machine and and the 3D gimic is on paper...his plan was to get approved sell company and let the buyer complete the last part of the equation on their dime

the flaw to #1 is why not get someone from the radiology world to review the machine and comment about how it works....none of us are gonna care if the image is poor if the third party (Radiologist, Periodical, University grad program, Blog) confirmed it did what was advertised...

that is why i believe #2 is what is going on.....#2 would explain not taking advantage of IDE...not showing the device in action, not seeking interviews with the media and getting NSE from the FDA (ie: we dont beleive it works and you have proven it to us either)

#2 might still be good enough to get approved...who knows...

There are no laws against enthusiasm, he can be as enthusiastic as he wants... That's why we have teh FDA process to insure that good ideas and infereior products aren't involved in people's critical life and death junctures...

I agree Lambster! This back and forth debate has been run into the ground. I suspect even if Dean did place high quality images on their home page there would be those on this board who would not be completely satisfied. The truth will prevail eventually. Hopefully soon.
