Tomorrow, Everyone gets to Sell Shares as R/S converted

Today people could only buy(if had etrade)

Tomorrow, coverts as I asked etrade:

I checked on your x,xxx,000 shares of GBOE now showing as cusip number 37251R108 in your account. This security is undergoing a 5500 for 1 stock split which translates to a rate of .0001818. The effective date of the stock split was 12/1/2010 so that is why it is showing with the cusip now. The DTC swing date is 12/7/2010. The swing date is when DTC adjusts all of the positions. If all goes as expected you should be showing xxxx shares of the stock in your account tomorrow. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
