Can u expain the $20 fee Etrade charged accounts today?

Today was mostly buying for sure. People need to keep in mind though that when the RS shares are available in their account, the adjusted price for those shares is .55. If they decide to sell their shares for anything less than .55, it will be for a loss. But even if EVERYONE (including insiders) decided to sell every single share in the OS, that would be only 2.4 million shares. The OS is going to have to be churned MANY times to cover the short position in this stock.

I really don't see that as being much of an issue. Even if someone had 50M shares pre split, they only have 9090 shares. There were 3.3M shares traded just today.

just checked my Zecco account and I don't see my shares being converted yet...like one said earlier...it's still GBOEXZ
