FWIW I don't think MNTA did the offering because they had 'news' on a near term t-enox approval.

If it's a fire sale, for whatever reason, we've got a fire sale situation on our hands.

On the other hand, how could MNTA offer stock for anything other than right around the current market price? If they were going to offer it for a higher price, why would someone buy it rather than buy the stock on the open market?

If MNTA offers the stock for lower than the current market price, that's bad news for longs AND does nothing for the confidence level of those being asked to purchase the new stock.

IMHO, the stock will be priced right around where it is at the moment. (bwdik!)
