I disagree. The negative effect on the share price has already occurred, IMO, and the offering may even help the share price rise if the terms are seen as favorable for MNTA.
I don't see how this, in conjunction with the suit, means anything other than that MNTA not only believes that t-enox is due to be approved, but also that the suit will be fruitless as they believe that TEVA is not actually infringing... and thus there's no risk to an at-risk launch.
