The terms of the offering should be known in the next few business days, possibly as soon as tomorrow.

I'm unhappily surprised by this and can't help but think that it's going to negatively affect the already depressed PPS, no matter what the discount is.

I disagree. The negative effect on the share price has already occurred, IMO, and the offering may even help the share price rise if the terms are seen as favorable for MNTA.
