The good news is that it’s an underwritten offering, so there will be no warrants and little or no discount to the market price.

I'm unhappily surprised by this and can't help but think that it's going to negatively affect the already depressed PPS, no matter what the discount is.

Any idea when we get the specifics? TIA.
