After arguments so whatever is said will not be hashing over items that have already been brought to courts attention.
And i believe as Mr. Sussman said,the judge knows what she is doing.

Chiron, the shareholders going after the closing arguments are just 'process'. Normal sequence. And Rosen tried to change it, and THJMW said no, we're keeping the process/sequence as normal.

Think of it like a 'victim's' statement after all the other arguments in a case are done, before passing sentence ;)
