Chiron, the shareholders going after the closing arguments are just 'process'. Normal sequence. And Rosen tried to change it, and THJMW said no, we're keeping the process/sequence as normal.

Think of it like a 'victim's' statement after all the other arguments in a case are done, before passing sentence ;)
