Still...it makes me wonder. Why 'after' the closing arguments? Is this for the sake of the press, or some other reason? I think there is something to it.
Anyway I wasn't impressed by today's hearing. The EC or TPS needs to drop a nuclear bomb in those closing arugments tomorrow.
Ahh, If she did think she was going to make a final ruling she would not come out and say i think I'm going to make a ruling tomorrow.
Its in her interest to keep all doors open unti the final second.
If we knew when we were going to have a decision, good or bad, then the commons and P's will become the buzz of every stock message board as the lotto play of the week.
