I'm not going to jump on anyone's case for putting their thoughts out here if they do it in a manner consistent with IHUB rules and is open minded in debate.
That being said, the one year anniversary of the APA means nothing since SL never did his part. IMO, the start date was late in the summer when mediation ended.
