I think the post read that it COULD be issued in 7 days, not WOULD.

Assuming you are referring to LTG's post last Thursday, then yes, he said it COULD be issued in 7 days, not WOULD. The DEC understandably is not going to bind itself to a precise date (again, with the exception of regulatory time constraints on DEC actions). Hopefully JBI will obtain DEC approval to commence production this week.

This is why I keep requesting that people not use hyperbole when talking about things they have no business claiming as fact.

Several people have been told by the NY DEC that the permit is to be approved within 7 Days. This is as of Dec 2.

This was posted multiple times and was even stickied. I don't see any "coulds" in that statement.
