Assuming you are referring to LTG's post last Thursday, then yes, he said it COULD be issued in 7 days, not WOULD. The DEC understandably is not going to bind itself to a precise date (again, with the exception of regulatory time constraints on DEC actions). Hopefully JBI will obtain DEC approval to commence production this week.
