True and many that made such blatantly and grossly inaccurate claims as Owen Hawkins did ended up exactly where Owen is now - in jail.
I don't understand the point of these recent conversations about how many lies or bad judgment calls Owen made on the phone calls. How you want to define the things he said is irrelevant at this point. It was his intent that put him in a bright orange jump suit and has him sleeping behind bars.
We are not talking other companies, we are talking Petro...and the reason Petro got stalled out the first time is because of selling UNREGISTERED SHARES. That was illegal and eventually brought Petro to it's knees. The shares are no good....the company is not a company....
One of the latest obvious lies Owne told was just recentely. He said in the affidavite that he was the sole employee of Petro....then to the reporters he stated they have 100 employees...
