Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. I'm sure other CEOs of other comapnies have said that their company would do this or that by a certain date their company would do that or in a certain timeframe their company will accomplish these things. And either because of things not in their control or things they were not aware of, those dates or timeframes could not be met. Do some due diligence and I'm sure you can find more than a few examples of this in other ligitimate companies.
