Hi, after reading all these posts now for about 7 months (and loosing a lot of money), I feel it's time to give some thoughts on QASP :
- all the 'good' and 'bad' posts are completely irrelevant. The only thing I care about is a pps increase and these kind of posts do not help to that at all
- thinking that Jeff can develop a turnaround in 3 months is irrealistic. I have been in business for more than 20 years in all kind of companies, in different local and international positions and I know by now that drafting a well-thought business plan takes more that just a couple of weeks
- I read in one of the many posts that Jeff had a business plan to start (I suppose it was meant Dean's ?). Is this the case ? My experience learns me that it is quite possible that Jeff didn't like the business plan he 'inherited' and changed directions. As a consequence, he had to start from scratch.
- I am not waiting for intermediate pr's that do not give any substantial information on the results of his actions and decisions
- is my patience unlimited ? no, but as long as I don't see facts and figures that he can't do the job, I am holding long and strong.
So, colleagues, whether you like or not, you will have to give him more time and please stop blaming Jeff before we know what he is able to achieve.
