Is Jeff in private saying he has to draft a new business plan? He is on the record as saying it is a workable plan and all he needs is financing. The "waiting in the wings" CEO is also on record blessing the business plan and waiting on funding. What has Jeff D been doing all of this time? Completely crafting a new business plan (no credentials to make one believe he can accomplish such a monumental task)? Closing on going funding efforts (no credentials to make one believe he can accomplish such a monumental task)? Is there now a problem with the business plan? Please Jeff update everyone as you have promised.

To answer your question concerning the business plan, IMO, Dean's plan was workable when the share structure was more favorable.

Now, the original plan will definitely be tweaked.
