realize something...and you have accuarately posted it several times indeed.... that being the air permit and the SW permit go hand in hand, in a manner of speaking.
but, let me take it a step further. the SW permit is not a no brainer affair. if you, or anyone thinks the NYDEC is just going to hand out a permit to a company that will [hopefully] have thousands of tons of solid waste/garbage/recyclables/tires/anything else that can be P2O processed lying around without specific guidelines, plans, emergency preparedness, waste water concerns, etc.. etc.. ad nauseum......
well.... they wont. period.
like i said priorly, no SW, no AP.
