tatt you say incorrectly from obsolete publishings,

"Also keep in mind that the AAP again, in a 2007 policy statement on cord blood banking titled Cord Blood Banking for Potential Future Transplantation, stated that 'private storage of cord blood as "biological insurance" should be discouraged."

Too bad the author of the 07' AAP report, Dr. Kurtzberg, just opened in June 2010, a private bio insurance stem storage operation. Doesn't that contradict her 07' report when she was the public donor stem cell tank queen? Now she's dipping in the CBAI private stem pool she demonized. Thoughts?

Lastly, has anyone discovered whether the State of Nevada owns that commercial property CBAI leases. The state may have set them up nicely with a building near the airport but watch the g.o. the CEO states the company used $2.3m in that deal. Do you know how states operate when they give a business tax incentives to open up shop? They become barracuda's if you default on those promises; jobs being one.

Here's an example:

The state’s $6 million handout to biotech giants Genzyme Corp. and Biogen Idec didn’t prevent those firms from issuing 270 pink slips in the Bay State last week - raising doubts about Gov. Deval Patrick’s ambitious plan to create 250,000 life sciences jobs in 10 years.

This year, Weston-based Biogen committed to creating 50 jobs in exchange for its $1.5 million tax break, but it is unclear whether the firm can meet that goal after last week’s announcement of 86 layoffs in the Bay State.

How many people has CBAI hired in the past yr and at what wage? Exactly!
