Thank you for your conclusion. I´m a german shareholder and i agree totally to your feelings about the hearings. I think our EC did a grat job and I hope we will be surprised on Monday or Tuesday from ou EC.

JPM/WMI seems to have in numerous cases, picked off the asset and left the liability to the estate.

Where did you come up with that? JPM just bought the bank after it was seized. Any other assets of WMI were left in the holding company.

Thanks ilene... and as Diamond has so eloquently put it...$300 billion company...2200+ branches...cash...subs...etc etc and they have a hard time coming up with a few billion?

To me it's like an iceberg...once we get a few...there's alot more where that came from.
