if you listen to testimony today, this was a consistent theme, so my observation is that in other instances, when you buy the asset, there must be some corresponding liability that goes with it...otherwise, this would not have been so hammered upon today.

seems a bit like cherry picking to me.

Where did you come up with that? JPM just bought the bank after it was seized. Any other assets of WMI were left in the holding company.

And do you really think JPM didn't have their hand in this seizure prior to the FDIC gifting it to them? Come on man...seriously! From your posts, you act like JPM is the innocent victim. Or better yet, the savior. JPM has been extremely corrupt since its inception. That's not my opinion, that's FACT!
