you could tell my his tone he hated to say it but at same time knew he had to and he did it very professionally and in all our best interests.IMO

if people dont follow his advice than they really arent intrested in the success of company and just have their own weird agendas.

I'm really impressed with the way Tony spoke. Especially the way he spoke to us. I respected the way he scolded us and at the same time, appreaciating what we were trying to do. He is a true Professional, or atleast leading us to believe so.

Thanks Tony for focusing on this major problem, and giving me atleast another few months of patience...
