I'm really impressed with the way Tony spoke. Especially the way he spoke to us. I respected the way he scolded us and at the same time, appreaciating what we were trying to do. He is a true Professional, or atleast leading us to believe so.

Thanks Tony for focusing on this major problem, and giving me atleast another few months of patience...
