Morning OC, I believe the PUC hearings have been rescheduled until January. Regardless, I still think its going to be a heck of a December for LLEG.

January 28 is date for PUC decision!!Until we get approval we cannot apply for Fed and Stae monies.
LLEG wrote to NHSEC that work they do now does NOT counter their conditions stated and LLEG is getting approval for the "clean up" work so as not to be in violation of NHSEC conditions.
I don't see much chance of news re other projects until after the PUC acceptance is received
But hope I am wrong.
