January 28th (or it may be a day or 2 before that) is the date for the hearing.

The NH PUC does not make rulings on the same day as the hearing, and there is a possibility the other wood-fired plants will attempt to make this a long, drawn out hearing. The earliest we will see a decision is early February 2011, but it could extened beyond that.
