rankin2323,

the smartest thing would be not to expose yourself as such---one company is essentially a shell while the other is viable--as a starting point, study what is contained in the header of this message board...then proceed from there

good luck and best wishes..sinc,

Rankin2323. You are aware that Stats technology and essentially all assets associated with Strats have been sold to GTEL wright ?!!! So you buying shares of SNWR you would be buying (who knows what) but defenitly not Strats.

SNWR is no longer Sanswire Networks. Sanswire Networks now belong to Globetel. SNWR will change company's name soon. I'm not sure what they will be in business off. Hope that helps.

rankin2323,

I don't ever make a habit of telling anyone what to buy or sell and won't this time either. I see two parts to your question so I will just point a couple items out and you can take it from there.

#1...GTEL...You have all the info on GTEL that we have and have at least an idea of where you think it is going, after all you are a shareholder as you said.

#2..SNWR....you also know the majority of what this company had is now in possession of Sanswire LLC, GTEL's subsidiary...
What will become of this company? I have no clue. Could it be used by GTEL/Sanswire in future? I have no clue on that either.
You are also aware of the 150MM shares that will be distributed to SNWR shareholders IF a "successful launch" is attained. If and when distribution occurs it is likely a new ex-dividend date will be set by Nasdaq but it would be best to talk with Nasdaq itself or your broker or someone you can rely on for accurate info....

There you have it, you know what I know and I wish you the best whatever decision you make...rock
