…I think this is a brilliant move by CW and team. Teva either has the ability to obtain approval and MNTA will delay/prevent t-Lovenox from arriving on the market with the lawsuit, Teva fights the lawsuit and shows the world its abilities or Teva realizes it doesn't want to waste resources fighting the lawsuit and they eventually pull their ANDA. Dew, what are your thoughts?
