Ok Guys....here are my latest observations. But first thought I would comment on what I see alot of these so called "gurus" trying to "forecast" where the market is heading. I think probably one of the best characteristics of any good, consistent and most importantly profitable trader is that he lets the market determine how one trades (with a sound money management system) without whining and moaning about how the market has it wrong etc. This is the classic sign of an amateur (or someone who is pissed the market is going against his/her positions <<gg>> ) If you guys get the latest issue of "Active Trader" magazine, the editor at the beginning of this months issue explains it so eloquently. Just thought I would pass that on....
Lets look at a few charts of the VIX and VXN. As you can tell they have seemed to have found a bottom and with the looks of things could bounce here. Guess friday will tell the tale.
As far as some stocks, I have been trading YHOO and the QQQ lately, and it seems they are ripe for shorting. Still I caution one has to imploy a profit/loss system in order to minimize losses and profit in nice gains.
