If you read the filing Mr Singley isnt shown as the owner of any of these units. My guess he is buying them up for someone else.

Three different funds all ran by Mr singley probably selling to each other looks like a shell game.

I want to apoligize to you I just had a phone conversation with Mr Hill. very nice man he explained all shares held in the streets name will get the second pay off. he stated that there might be more because of the money held in reserve. He said brokerages shouldnt be allowed to trade these shares after the second pay off because they are basically worthless.
