SOMETHING LIKE THIS: On May 1, 2007, we entered into a Support Services Agreement with Strands Management Company, LLC (“Strands”). BNCM (BOUNCE MOBILE SYSTEMS) .0005, is really Remote Dynamics? and Bounce Mobile or Remote Dynamics assigned entire ASSETS including STOCK TO TELOGIS, SO doesn't that make RMTD a shell for Telogis and that would be a R/M? All this cloke and dagger. A company is B company, B company is really A company, then C company is really A & B company?????????????? Help me out here someone. Whats the bottom line here......Telogis is now Bounce Mobile and Remote Dynamics so a underhanded R/M did take place. And a couple of thiefs are taking all the money for their own pockets.
