Ah I see we have moved off of LJ because that didn't gain any traction over the weekend. Now it's time to go after a TA that has been gagged from the getgo and an AS increase with no proof whatsoever.

There are games being played here with HFBG and they are about to stop. That is why there is this constant attack of this company. Shorts and flippers know it keeps getting harder and harder to get shares.
With a up listing and a new cuspid number and some other things shorts will have to cover and flippers will move on to another stock that they can manipulate.

The people wanting a guarantee the AS won't be raised are playing in a territory you need not be playing. The pinks are filled with caution, danger, and risk. Those who need to have guarantees on the AS need to sell their shares tomorrow and move on to the big boards where you can get more of what you need. If you came to the pinks for transparency, promises of no AS raises, promises of no dilution, and lots of the company holding your hands and making you feel all warm and fuzzy... you came to the wrong platform. THAT IS NOT THE PINKS... SO GET OUT NOW. PINKS ARE FULL OF RISK AND YOU PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I love how the worst is assumed about the move to Delaware and they haven't even done anything yet. How about let them do something first before you start assuming the reason they moved to Delaware was to do something wrong.

The companys structure has been blown. This is old news as it was blown a billion shares ago. Read quickly as this will get deleted. Notice that there is nothing wrong with the post except my opinion? Yes they are dumping shares and issuing more. It is the pattern of how they are surviving and trying to fund the company.
