Call whom? HFBG's gagged transfer agent? LOL Sorry, no one will get current A/S from Delaware by calling their SOS, either. Has anyone tried? You have to go through an "authorized vendor" for online and it's going to cost dollars, time, and energy. Even then, will they tell you the A/S? Maybe someone here will spend money and time to find out. Hold breath.

My guess is one big reason Hall of Fame Beverages moved to Delaware is they are ramping up for another major increase in A/S and wish to conceal it this time. A big jump in A/S may already have happened given the pattern of dumping lately. Who here will know? As usual, the company prefers lack of transparency. Good luck.
