CAL_LAW: Please post Putnam's response to you. I eagerly await it.

Too bad you didn't ask him to explain why e.Digital said THEY "unveiled working prototypes" with APS when all of the facts show that it was Inflight Canada that created the prototype at the request of Air Canada and displayed it in their booth at WAEA.

I'd also like to know why they didn't even mention Inflight Canada in the PR as well as why the PR was released a week after WAEA.

I'm really interested as to how Putnam explains the misrepresentations and omissions in the PR.

I reiterate my belief that e.Digital's PR was false and misleading and I doubt that RP will give you a straight and specific answer.

I think you'd need to contact Inflight Canada for the facts.

It's also unclear that e.Digital has any revenue producing role with the installed player. IMO it's doubtful. Perhaps you could get a straight answer on that issue.

How do you explain the articles I previously listed and the lack of andy articles that say e.Digital unveiled the player? I also await your answer.

Articles:

At the direct request of an airline, Inflight Canada is working on an iCACHE solution for Bombardier types that could also be applied to Embraer aircraft. “We will be showing these designs at WAEA in Seattle later this month,” says Smallhorn:

Also at the request of Air Canada, APS disassembled a digEplayer, eliminating the battery and removing the hard drive, controls and electronics. These items and an in-seat power system were switched to iCACHE, leaving only the LCD screen in the seatback and a passenger control unit in the armrest. “APS calls this the Embedded digEplayer,” says Inflight Canada president George Smallhorn. :

CAL_LAW": What was Putnam's response to you? Did he explain why e.Digital claimed they "unveiled" the embedded digeplayer when the public records show it was actually Inflight Canada? Or, did he just give you a standard Putanmese answer. Surely he gave you an answer.

Do you or don't you want a truthful explanation from him about the contradictions in the PR and the public records? Perhaps your goal simply to intimidate me from continuing to expose the multiple discrepancies between what Putnam and the company say and the facts?

I think it's funny that you "demanded" him to take necessary action.

If I'm right and the PR was false and misleading, what "necessary" action should he take? Admit the falsehood and retract the PR?

While you're at it, why don't you ask him why they removed from their website the Eclipse PR from CES 2004 wherein they falsely stated that Eclipse was "showcasing" the HD1213 and would be taking pre-orders at their booth. Of course there's always that minor discrepancy of the HD 1213 being in "full production.

BTW, IMO Putnam reads this thread.
