Weather Forecast
Monday, Nov. 22 - 6:50 a.m.
Luckily, overnight temperatures did not drop below freezing around much of the metro area. This morning's snow level is hovering around 800 feet.. dipping lower at times to around 500 feet through the morning. The arctic air mass that is expected lower our air temperatures to around freezing is still well to our north. However, as the coldest air drops south into the North Willamette Valley late this afternoon. Rain is likely to turn to snow that sticks on the valley floor after 3pm. 1-2" of snow is possible through this evening's commute. However, snow ends after dinnertime. Temperatures drop to the upper 20s. The cold air sticks around for the next couple of days.
From Tuesday through Thanksgiving, you can expect cold and dry weather. The forecast calls for rain on Friday.
