Obviously, we are down today, and I wish we were up instead. But why are we down? IMO, there were a number of investors with a short term outlook that were hoping for a suprise in today's earnings and/or cc, and, once it became clear that today was not the day, they decided to sell rather than wait until the next milestone. Their rush for the exits caused our drop IMO, not managment.
Net income down due to rising legal costs...is this not to be expected right now? What do the whiners expect mgmnt to do, reduce legal expenses right now so short term earnings will look better? How absurd!
We remain on track for a Nokia and Samsung win and continue to advance on a timeline to conclusion of the proceedings. While I do wish the share price was higher right now, I for one will be waiting until after the result is final on Nok/Sam before judging managements performance.
