Halbroke1, IF ?? ICOA is still working with Boingo WI-FI, it might be only a matter of time and ICOA could be working with, IF NOT Already many major Cell Phone & Internet operators like AT&T, Sprint for example already owns a % Interest in Boingo WI-Fi already. Interesting to say the least:
“Sprint PCS views its investment in Boingo as a chance to extend high-speed data services to users over Wi-Fi (802.11b) data networks and considers public access wireless LANs as a "great stimulant" to mobile data usage.” http://www.boingo.com/boingo-expert-quotes.php also see

Boingo Investors:
The company has raised venture funding from New Enterprise Associates, Mitsui & Co Venture Partners, Sternhill Partners, Steelpoint Capital Partners, Red Rock Ventures, Evercore Ventures, Sprint PCS and BT-Infonet Services Corporation.

"ICOA is extremely excited to be working with an industry leader like
Boingo. We intend to expand this Wi-Fi relationship to cover other venues,
such as: hotels, marinas, and restaurant chains, in which ICOA is the Wi-Fi
solutions provider," stated George Strouthopoulos, CEO of ICOA. He added, "We
agree with Boingo's vision that Wi-Fi will be ubiquitous in high-traffic
areas, and we're excited to be working with them to make this vision a
reality."
With this agreement, the Boingo Roaming System expands to include more
than 70 network operators and more than 6,500 hot spots under contract

AT@T...ICOA? what are people smoking lately, why would AT@T ever want this company?

No J/V is going to happen, no buyout is going to happen. IF anything they file for bankruptcy in the near future.

This was a good pump, with fluff PR's for a couple weeks thats about it.

The cancellation of these shares are doing nothing to help, because its diluted to shit.

People are selling at a loss which only makes things worse and not to mention it lost most all of its mometum.

I might buy back in at a no bid just in case it gets another good fluff PR.
